Delete your account

Casual FC is operated by First Sport FZ LLC, Dubai.

In the app — the quickest way

Open Casual FC and sign in.
Go to the You tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
Type DELETE to confirm.

It takes effect immediately.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, email hello@casualfc.app from the email address you sign in with, with the subject Delete my account. We will confirm it is you and delete the account within 30 days — usually much sooner.

Before you delete: an account cannot be deleted while it still holds credit or a place in a game that has not been played — both are your money. Spend or release them first, or tell us in your email and we will help. Unspent credit is not refundable to a card; see the Terms.

Removing some data, keeping the account

You don't have to delete your account to have something removed. Email hello@casualfc.app from your sign-in address and tell us what should go — your photo, your phone number, your date of birth or gender, or messages you sent in a game chat — and we will remove it within 30 days. You can change your name and photo yourself at any time under You → Your details.

What is deleted

Your name, email address, phone number and photo
Your date of birth and gender
Your notification settings and device tokens
Your games played, man of the match awards and turn-up rate
Your membership of any groups, and your blocks and reports

What is kept, and for how long

If you ever topped up or paid for a game, those financial records are kept for at least five years, because UAE law requires it. They are kept with your name, email and phone number removed, so they no longer identify you. Messages you sent in a game chat may remain visible to the other players in that game, without your name.
