Casual FC is operated by First Sport FZ LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates — the same company that runs DAFL. This policy covers the Casual FC app. The wider DAFL policy is at dubaifootball.com/privacy.

| Your email address | It is how you sign in. We email you a six-digit code — there is no password. It is also how we match you to an existing DAFL account so your history and any credit come with you. |
| Your name, and what you like to be called | So the people you are playing with know who is in the squad. |
| Your date of birth | It decides which games you may join. Vets and SuperVets games have age limits. |
| Your photo, if you add one | Your player card, and the squad list for a game. Optional, and you can remove it. |
| Your phone number, if you give one | So we can reach you about a game — a late cancellation, a pitch change. |
| Gender, if you give it | Only to run ladies' and mixed games. Optional. |
| Games you book, play, release or miss | To run the game, hold your place, and show your games played, man of the match awards and turn-up rate. |
| Your wallet: every top-up, hold and payment | To keep an accurate balance, and because they are financial records we are required to keep. |
| Messages you send in a game chat | So the people in that game can read them. |
| A device token, if you allow notifications | To tell you your bib colour, that a game is on, or that it has been cancelled. |
Casual FC never asks for your location and does not track where you are. Pitch locations are places on a map, not you. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your information to anybody.
We never see or store your card. Payments are handled by HyperPay, a licensed UAE payment gateway, and by Apple Pay. What we keep is the record of a payment: the amount, the currency, the date, the card brand, and the gateway's reference.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim. If the business is ever sold or reorganised, accounts move with it.
In the app: You → Delete my account. It takes effect immediately.
It will not let you delete while you still hold credit, or have a place in a game that has not been played — both are your money, and deleting would lose them. Spend or release them first, or write to us and we will help. Unspent credit is not refundable to a card; see the Terms.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct anything wrong, or to delete your account. Most of it you can see and change yourself under You → Your details. For anything else, write to hello@casualfc.app and we will answer within 30 days.
You can turn notifications off at any time, in the app under You → Notifications or in your phone's settings.
Casual FC is for people aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly hold information about anybody younger. If you believe a child has an account, write to us and we will remove it.
Everything travels encrypted. Access to the database is restricted per player by row-level security, so one player's account cannot read another's. There are no passwords to steal, because we do not use them.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top, and tell you in the app if the change is significant.
